Silat Open Circle Chicago Seminar February 2014 : Introduction to Silat Buka Lingkaran

Here is a condensed version of the 3 day seminar with Alvin Guinanao where he teaches the basic aspects of S.B.L. at Goytia Martial Arts Academy, Chicago, Illinois. In this seminar DVD Alvin takes you through the importance of conditioning, ground fighting, upright fighting, understanding cultural background and why it’s important in S.B.L. and the rhythm used in striking.
